<h1 class="wp-block-heading">Visual Effect</h1>
<p></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A visual effect is the process of playing on any moving image in a computer environment. A visual effect is the process of combining, placing, removing, or adding visual elements that are difficult and impossible to shoot in a moving scene to attract the effect of the audience or costly visual elements with the help of a computer or various equipment. The importance of special effects for cinematographic narrative comes from that it allows the imagined to be reflected in the film. A visual effect is an image creation created or improved during shooting for an incomplete film. In other words, after film images are taken, the place of visual effect is post-production. Visual effects are applications for live shots that cannot be shot with real actors in real places, to impress the audience and to add more realism to the film. Visual effects performed at the editing stage in the pelicul period are performed at the production stage with software and hardware programs provided by digitization today. As a result of the adoption of these practices by directors over time, new meanings were tried to be installed in the language of the film. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"> The distribution of visual effect techniques has brought a number of differences to special effect definitions. Special effects should be seen as effects performed by people who are experts in their fields and have high technical knowledge on the set during shooting. On the other hand, visual effects are applications where creativity is created entirely through tools and programs, dominating computer programs as well as technical knowledge. Visual effects include all types of image manipulation, while special effects use real-world elements. In this context, special effects and visual effects applications are divided into two topics. Due to the developing technology and software, this distinction has been made possible. Techniques applied in films made in the past can now be performed in computer environments without the need for large sets. Currently, visual effects and animations are working together with augmented reality in Hololens 2, especially in the cinema and game sector.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Makine öğrenmesi olarak literatürümüze girmiş olan “Machine Learning” 1959 yılında bilgisayar biliminin yapay zekada sayısal öğrenme ve model çalışmaları ile geliştirilmiş bir daldır. Öğrenebilen ve bu öğrenebildiklerinin ışığında veri üretebilen ve tahmin edebilen algoritmaların nasıl çalıştığını ve bu sistemin nasıl oluştuğunu araştıran bir sistemdir.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Endüstri 4.0 dönüşümü kapsamında; bu dönüşümün temel omurgalarından da olan bu konudan uzak kalmak inovatif sektörel gelişmeye engel oluşturacaktır. Machine learning ile çeşitli çalışmalar yapılabilir. ERP ve CRP yazılımlarda kullanmak, robotik sistemlerde kullanmak ve sınıflandırma işlemleri makineye yaptırılarak uzun vadede yapılabilecek olan eylemler kısa vadede yapılabilir. Bu konuda yapılan yazılımlarda Python dili ön plana çıkmıştır. Ancak Microsoft’un bu konuya dahil olması ile durum çok daha geniş alanlara doğru yönelmiş ve Python dilinin bu alanda kullanılabilirlik liderliği sona ermiştir.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Microsoft’un sektörel anlamda ofislerimizin içine kadar girmesi, <a href="https://www.intsoft.com.tr/bursa-microsoft-partner/">Microsoft </a>Azure, <a href="https://www.microsoft.com/tr-tr">Microsoft</a> SQL Veritabanı, <a href="https://www.intsoft.com.tr/hololens-turkiye/">Hololens </a>ve daha birçok Microsoft uygulaması ile entegre çalışabilecek Microsoft temelli Machine Learning yazılım dili ML.net; şirketleriniz için daha kullanışlı olacaktır. <li>Anomali Algılama ile sahte bankacılık işlemlerini algılayabilirsiniz.</li>
<li>Öneriler ile çevrimiçi alışverişçilerin, önceki satın almalarına göre satın almasını isteyebileceğiniz ürünleri önerebilirsiniz.</li>
<li>Zaman serisi/sıralı veriler ile hava durumu veya ürün satışları tahminini yapabilirsiniz.</li>
<li>Görüntü sınıflandırması ile görüntüdeki nesnelerin tespitini yapabiliriz.</li>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Bu konuda yapmış olduğumuz örnek projemizden bahsedecek olursak; Görüntü sınıflandırması ile Nesne algılamayı (Object Detection) sağlayan yazılımımızı inceleyebiliriz. Projemizden teknik olarak bahsedecek olursak ML.net kullanılarak Onnx modeli ile sınıflandırma yapılmıştır.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading" style="text-align: justify;"><strong> Peki </strong>Onnx <strong>modeli nedir? </strong></h4>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Bir nesnenin Makineye öğretilebilmesi için birçok parametre, etiketli eğitim verisi ve uzun süreli bilgi işleme (GPU saati) gerekir. Onnx modeli önceden eğitilmiş bir model olarak belirli parametreleri girerek nesnelerin tanımlanmasını kısa sürede gerçekleştirir. Yazılımımızda araba, insan ve köpeğin görüntüleri makineye öğrenimi yaptırılmış olup görüntülerde bu ayrışımın makine tarafından yapılması sağlanmıştır. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Makine derin öğrenimi ile eğitilmiş olan yazılımımız bu ham görüntüyü işleyerek, görüntü üzerindeki nesnelerin tespitini yapmıştır. İşlenmiş görüntüde de görüldüğü üzere insan, köpek ve arabanın tespiti; ML.net ile yapmış olduğumuz yazılımla yukarıdaki çıktıyı bize vermiştir. Unutmayalım ki nesne algılamanın başarısı eğittiğimiz veri kümesinin büyüklüğüne ve kalitesine de bağlıdır.</p>

OPC allows machines and systems from different manufacturers to transfer data using the same interface. OPC aimed to communicate HMI / SCADA systems with machines without special drivers and driver software. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Today, this system, called Classic OPC, is still widely used. The OPC had issues such as compatibility issues, security issues, dependence on Microsoft platforms, expensive and inactive data migration methods, and maintenance difficulties. All these troubles led to the emergence of OPC-UA as an heir to the OPC.    </p>
<h4 style="text-align: justify;">What is OPC UA?</h4>
<p style="text-align: justify;">OPC-UA (OPC Unified Architecture) is the next generation of OPC technology. It provides more secure and almost complete data transfer between servers and clients.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">OPC-Unified Architecture has a dual structure with object-oriented and service-oriented features. The object-oriented feature provides a common object management method to support asset reusability and complex data models. OPC-UA&#8217;s service-oriented structure, on the other hand, provides greater interoperability with other platforms.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">OPC is the first communication technology that can travel between firewalls, private platforms and security barriers in the transmission of data.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">OPC-UA; It generates and controls real world data with databases, analytical tools, ERP systems and other business systems and relates it to real world data.                                                                                                                                                                                            </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">OPC-UA uses scalable platforms, multiple security models, multiple transport layers and a complex information model to allow the smallest custom controller to freely interact with complex, latest server applications.</p>

All these technologies contribute to IoT infrastructure. In fact, IoT, which is there to improve its computer capabilities, is seen as a communication infrastructure all over the world today. It has been defined as the technology of the future not only for human to human, machine to human but also for machines to communicate.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">OPC-UA has been developed as an interface software solution for resource limited devices. In this way, a huge amount of IOT data has become workable. IoT data can be stored in a cloud database.    </p>

Connect Server can be in the form of three different servers. Facility network connection, control network connection, area network connection. All of these layers are used to model all data, from factory machines to corporate devices. In the collection part, data is collected in a field. The client can thus reach multiple servers. Limitations are provided for data security on the merge server, and encryptions are used. The Cloud Proxy server provides a proxy connection. Different industrial data with different applications can exchange information through layersthus a dynamic automation system can be created.</p>
<h4 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">OPC UA Standard and SDK</span></span></h4>
<p style="text-align: justify;">OPC-UA has all the standards of existing OPC servers and has been developed on top of them. There have been some problems with standards of this magnitude. The most basic of these is the applicability of OPC-UA. In order to ensure easy applicability, new standards were created and a Software Development Kit, the SDK, was developed.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The SDK consists of a programming interface and sample code applications. It offers different options to facilitate its usage and adoption on different platforms. It offers NET, ANSI C and Java sample applications.                                                                                      </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Each option in the SDK is designed to meet memory, processor requirements and specific needs, and they can all work harmoniously with each other. For example, the .NET version is better suited for client/server usage. The ANSI C version is more useful for embedded systems where memory and CPU usage are important. Java is more useful for the web environment and powerless clients. Each user can choose the application that will be most efficient for them.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Outside of the SDK, OPC Foundation provides binary adapters. It is used to provide access to all old OPC servers based on Com with the new OPC-UA. It also allows you to reach the lower layer of OPC-UA from the classic OPC.  </p>
<h4 style="text-align: justify;">Time Sensitive Networking (TSN)</h4>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It is true that it responds to most needs when checking the capabilities and requirements provided by OPC-UA, but the necessary deterministic data exchange cannot be provided. For this reason, an additional approach should be followed. According to this approach;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">* Each node on the network must work with synchronized scheduling. For example, it is important to schedule common time, data transmission, or common data input and output in the entire system.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">* Path backup is required to enable data exchange. Although some components in the public network fail, this path will reduce the error.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">* In order for control loops to be activated, the delay time of communication between nodes must be defined in advance.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">* A bandwidth must be specified to ensure reliable operation even if there is a high traffic load and network congestion during data exchange between critical applications.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) standard can be used to ensure the requirements mentioned above. This standard is based on the AVB standard released in 2011. <h4 style="text-align: justify;">Time Sensitive Networking (TSN)</h4>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It is true that it responds to most needs when checking the capabilities and requirements provided by OPC-UA, but the necessary deterministic data exchange cannot be provided. For this reason, an additional approach should be followed. According to this approach;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">* Each node on the network must work with synchronized scheduling. For example, it is important to schedule common time, data transmission, or common data input and output in the entire system.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">* Path backup is required to enable data exchange. Although some components in the public network fail, this path will reduce the error.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">* In order for control loops to be activated, the delay time of communication between nodes must be defined in advance.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">* A bandwidth must be specified to ensure reliable operation even if there is a high traffic load and network congestion during data exchange between critical applications.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) standard can be used to ensure the requirements mentioned above. This standard is based on the AVB standard released in 2011. Ultimately, the TSN standard includes a number of enhancements over AVB. It enables real time communication with timing capabilities. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">OPC (OLE for Process Control), released in 1995,is a standard that provides industrial communication. OPC allows machines and systems from different manufacturers to transfer data using the same interface. OPC aimed to communicate HMI / SCADA systems with machines without special drivers and driver software. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Today, this system, called Classic OPC, is still widely used. The OPC had issues such as compatibility issues, security issues, dependence on Microsoft platforms, expensive and inactive data migration methods, and maintenance difficulties. All these troubles led to the emergence of OPC-UA as an heir to the OPC.    </p>
<h4 style="text-align: justify;">What is OPC UA?</h4>
<p style="text-align: justify;">OPC-UA (OPC Unified Architecture) is the next generation of OPC technology. It provides more secure and almost complete data transfer between servers and clients.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">OPC-Unified Architecture has a dual structure with object-oriented and service-oriented features. The object-oriented feature provides a common object management method to support asset reusability and complex data models. OPC-UA&#8217;s service-oriented structure, on the other hand, provides greater interoperability with other platforms.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">OPC is the first communication technology that can travel between firewalls, private platforms and security barriers in the transmission of data.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">OPC-UA; It generates and controls real world data with databases, analytical tools, ERP systems and other business systems and relates it to real world data.                                                                                                                                                                                            </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">OPC-UA uses scalable platforms, multiple security models, multiple transport layers and a complex information model to allow the smallest custom controller to freely interact with complex, latest server applications.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Features of this technology include;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: var( --e-global-color-text );">* OPC-UA is platform independent and scalable. It is compatible with the latest servers and old version sensors.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: var( --e-global-color-text );">* OPC-UA has flexible address space. It creates an address space appropriate to the object concept. It provides a standard way for servers to transfer information to clients.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: var( --e-global-color-text );">* OPC-UA guarantees the security of clients and servers with authentication and encryption.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: var( --e-global-color-text );">* The internet capacity is quite large.</span></p>

<h4 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Internet Of Things (IoT)</span></span></h4>
<p style="text-align: justify;">IoT (Internet of Things) is similar to multiple technologies such as radio frequency identification (RFID), Internet, Wireless, sensor technology, cloud. All these technologies contribute to IoT infrastructure. In fact, IoT, which is there to improve its computer capabilities, is seen as a communication infrastructure all over the world today. It has been defined as the technology of the future not only for human to human, machine to human but also for machines to communicate.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">OPC-UA has been developed as an interface software solution for resource limited devices. In this way, a huge amount of IOT data has become workable. IoT data can be stored in a cloud database.    </p>
<h4 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">OLE Technology</span></span></h4>
<p style="text-align: justify;">OLE is a program integration technology that we can use to exchange information between programs. We can copy information as a linked object from any program that supports Ole</p>
<h4 style="text-align: justify;">OPC UA Architecture</h4>
<p style="text-align: justify;">OPC &#8211; UA technology and architecture consists of three main modules. Connect Server, Collector Server, Cloud Proxy Server. Connect Server can be in the form of three different servers. Facility network connection, control network connection, area network connection. All of these layers are used to model all data, from factory machines to corporate devices. In the collection part, data is collected in a field. The client can thus reach multiple servers. Limitations are provided for data security on the merge server, and encryptions are used. The Cloud Proxy server provides a proxy connection. Different industrial data with different applications can exchange information through layersthus a dynamic automation system can be created.</p>
<h4 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">OPC UA Standard and SDK</span></span></h4>
<p style="text-align: justify;">OPC-UA has all the standards of existing OPC servers and has been developed on top of them. There have been some problems with standards of this magnitude. The most basic of these is the applicability of OPC-UA. In order to ensure easy applicability, new standards were created and a Software Development Kit, the SDK, was developed.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The SDK consists of a programming interface and sample code applications. It offers different options to facilitate its usage and adoption on different platforms. It offers NET, ANSI C and Java sample applications.                                                                                      </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Each option in the SDK is designed to meet memory, processor requirements and specific needs, and they can all work harmoniously with each other. For example, the .NET version is better suited for client/server usage. The ANSI C version is more useful for embedded systems where memory and CPU usage are important. Java is more useful for the web environment and powerless clients. Each user can choose the application that will be most efficient for them.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Outside of the SDK, OPC Foundation provides binary adapters. It is used to provide access to all old OPC servers based on Com with the new OPC-UA. It also allows you to reach the lower layer of OPC-UA from the classic OPC.  </p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">If we want to make a general definition of the concept of Augmented Reality, which has evolved into a completely different dimension by Microsoft; it is a live or indirect physical image of the environment and its contents in the real world, supported by computer-generated audio, image, graphic data. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">By using the device&#8217;s feature of distinguishing objects, we can also define the way virtual objects are added on real images.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This technology, which we will be very interested in in the future, has already begun to show its effects. We can talk about video and console games that we think will be used extensively.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It is a tremendous technology that we can use at every stage of everyday life and will completely change our lives. Today, it has started to be used in all areas from archaeology to architecture, education to art, health to military.                                                              </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Industrial designers help the products to try their designs before the final result and to experience the operation against failures that may occur. Famous car firm Volkswagen uses this technology to compare actual crash test images. They can perform all the operations on the vehicle by visualizing their structure like car body parts, bodywork and engine, etc. </p>

<p>It is a technology based on the interaction of the user by re-superimposing virtual objects and objects on real time images by using with the object detection feature of all devices. In order to take advantage of technology, there must be online internet access in the environment we are in.</p>
<p>Also, it doesn&#8217;t have to be a compatible IoT in your hand, it has to be there (smart glasses, smartphone or tablet). It also has to be installed in applications that are integrated into Augmented Reality.</p>
<p>After these conditions are complete, when scenes and images designed for Augmented Reality are defined simultaneously with the application on your device, your device detects the image and creates a new image.</p>
<p>Hololens glasses, a product of Microsoft, are among the products that stand out in this regard.  </p>								</div>
